Tricks when traveling

I love to visit new places. Some of these new places are unexpected. Here are a collection of tips I've been using to make life a little easier. More will be added as tips come to me.

Instead of packing a whole bottle of shower gel, shampoo, mouthwash, toothpaste ect, I've bought travel size or trial size. With my shampoo and body wash many stores don't have my favorite kind in trial size. So I just buy a small squeezable container in the travel size department (at Walmart).

Limit your toiletries to 1 Quart Ziplock with no bigger than 3.4 oz. bottles as per airline regulations and keep it easy access to take out at the security gate.

Always carry a travel size pack of baby wipes. You never know just how you will need them, but you will.

Pack your dirty shoes in a shower cap.
